On this week's episode of Whine, we are discussing civility in the workplace. Workplace civility is a buzzword that often makes people think of everyone sitting in a circle singing "Kumbaya." However, that's not the reality of it. It's about creating a shared understanding with your team about how you want to interact with one another. We're going to be discussing how to start the conversation, what to focus on, and, of course, sharing some great tips and tricks to leading the way. Grab your favorite beverage and join us!
Julie was drinking Clarendelle, a Bordeaux Blanc. It was a nice blend of several white varieties that made for a pleasing wine with soft notes of citrus, lemon, perhaps a little olive oil. Trisha was drinking Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon by Prisoner Wine Company. She commented on its notes of blackberry, fig, and olive tapenade. This is one of her new favorites!

Many of us love everything about the holiday season. For others, it can be a really difficult time of year. In this episode - our last for our first season - we explore ways in which you can better support your employees' (and your own) mental health throughout this holiday season.
